Payment information

We accept payment by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS) and UPI. Orders are dispatched once payment is received. We do not offer cash on delivery.

How to buy

1. Add products to your cart, or use Send Query on any product page or contact us for a quotation. Bulk and business orders always get a written quotation.
2. We confirm the price, GST, stock and the courier charges for your location.
3. You pay by bank transfer or UPI. Our bank and UPI details are printed on your quotation / proforma invoice.
4. We dispatch the order and share the courier tracking number.

GST invoice

Every order comes with a GST tax invoice. Prices on the website include GST. For an input-tax-credit (B2B) invoice, share your company name, billing address and GSTIN before payment. Our GSTIN is 07AKHPB4602L1ZD (Delhi).

Stay safe

We will never ask you to pay to a personal account or to change bank details by email. If you receive bank details that differ from those on our quotation, call us on +91 85888 27540 before paying.
